Ashley Wright
Director of Operations

After graduating from North Carolina State University, Ashley began her construction career working for a company focused on upfitting commercial properties in the Wilmington area. She moved into the residential renovation realm and acquired her general contractor’s license in 2014. She became a part of the Bass Built Custom Homes family in 2016, working in the field as a superintendent for the next three years. Her experience on construction sites mixed with her knack of working together with our clients allowed for an easy transition into the role of Director of Operations. Ashley is behind the scenes, involved in each phase of the custom home build process from design to move-in day and beyond. When she is not in the office or on a job site, you’ll find Ashley with her husband and their dogs – walking on the beach in the off season, traveling and discovering new coffee shops or visiting our local breweries. Ashley and her golden retriever Lily enjoy volunteering as a certified advanced therapy team.
