Working closely with our team, she meticulously crafted every aspect of their home, from the architectural layout to the selection of finishes alongside our dedicated vendor partners. Prior to her venture into the realm of home building, Stephanie pursued a career in accounting, graduating from the University of Kentucky. With a decade-long tenure in accounting and mergers & acquisitions roles at IBM, she honed her analytical skills and attention to detail.

Following her passion, Stephanie transitioned into entrepreneurship in Wilmington, owning and operating local businesses for another decade. Now, armed with a wealth of knowledge from both her professional and personal experiences, she brings invaluable insight to our team, guiding clients through our meticulous estimating process with precision and care.

Beyond the office walls, Stephanie finds solace in the company of her husband and their beloved puppy, Mickey. Long beach walks, hosting gatherings for family and friends, and embarking on adventures both near and far are cherished moments that fill their lives with joy and fulfillment.
