Water Management
Each house is sealed with a Blueskin® VP100™ membrane, a self-adhered weather barrier. Then we put in a drainage plane before we install the siding, ensuring your house is protected from water infiltration.
Strong Exteriors
Fiber cement siding is resilient against salt air and intense sun, keeping your house looking good on the outside while you are living comfortably inside.
Energy Efficient
All of our homes are built to HERO-HERS certification. A 3rd party rates the home to ensure it is built at least 30% better than energy code. Our methods give our clients savings on their energy bills over the life of their home.
Fresh Air
We use all low VOC products (a reduced amount of volatile organic compounds), formaldehyde-free insulation, and fresh air intakes to ensure your home is free from airborne toxins.
Purified Water
Our installation of whole house water softeners extends the life of your appliances and fixtures by reducing harmful contaminants. Reverse osmosis drinking water systems produce cleaner, better-tasting water while also cutting down on single-use containers such as water bottles.
